President/Marketing Consultant
Rob Dietz is a web designer and digital marketing consultant who enjoys helping clients connect, engage and grow their audience online. Rob started the Dietz Group in 2014 with the main goal of helping business owners navigate the growing need for dynamic websites and a strong digital marketing presence.
Rob has over 17 years of experience in web design and takes pride in providing clients with visually dynamic, easy-to-manage websites that provide end-users with the best experience possible.

Rob is also a Google Ads Search Partner and has been managing google marketing campaigns since 2008. He also has extensive experience with creating and managing marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.

Rob prides himself in putting the client’s needs first, with a heavy focus on providing superior communication and customer service. Prior to starting the Dietz Group, one of Rob’s career highlights includes serving as the Vice President of Operations and Marketing for North American Fitness, a regional sports retail chain, and helping them navigate their growth and eventual sale to one of the largest retail groups in Canada.

When he is not helping clients grow their business online, Rob enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Joy and two children Wells and Finlee. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Wingate University.

Vice President - Website Design and Development

Andrew is an experienced web designer and client solutions manager. Andrew and our development team currently oversee and manage over 100 active websites in the Dietz Group portfolio. Andrew is instrumental in building out a solid backend functionality for all of our website clients.

He has management experience in the restaurant industry, health and fitness industry, and retail industry. This diversity of experience gives him a great set of knowledge and tools to connect with clients and deliver a unique end user product.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Sport Management from The Ohio State University. When not managing website solutions, Andrew is coaching athletes or running the trails and roads as he prepares for several marathons and 100-mile endurance runs every year.

Kristy is an integral piece to the Dietz Group web design and support team. She loves creating websites and other digital assets, ensuring businesses can effectively engage with their clients. Her top priority is delivering quality work in a timely manner. Kristy is a mom to 3 amazing daughters. Her free time is spent with family, soaking up the grandness of the ocean or working out (weight lifting, preferably).
